| EDS, our flagship product, is a software framework that provides plug-and-play operation of hardware and software used in the computerized control of automated systems, mainly those used in aerospace vehicles. EDS’s unique advantage is that it enables all digital devices and networks to “talk to each other,” enabling interoperability, reducing costs, and eliminating vendor lock-in. |
The University of Colorado is working with NASA to build the Interplanetary Internet (IPN), which extends the functionality of the terrestrial Internet into outer space. The advanced communications technology known as Disruption, or Delay, Tolerant Networking, enables space agencies to communicate with space-borne assets necessary to explore the Moon and Mars.
